As the Financial Analyst, Intermediate you will conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.
- Manipulate and summarize large data sets for reporting and discussion with operational partners.
- Review costs and perform cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs.
- Audit incentives and other compensation items based on contractual requirements.
- Analyze financial data and extract and define relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
- Perform moderately complex statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the various financial systems.
- Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
- Collect and study data to determine costs of business activities. Recommend budget adjustments, and other cost improvement measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related business field required.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience required.OR
- High School Diploma/GED and three years of related work experience.
- Microsoft Office spreadsheet application required, focusing within Excel, including pivot table experince.
- Willingness to learn Microsoft Power BI and experience with Power BI is a plus.
