UPMC Community Medicine is hiring a Program Manager to work within a Primary Care Office, in Downtown Pittsburgh!

Hours for this position will be Monday -  Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm;  no evenings, weekends or holidays required! 

This individual will manage the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Health Program and the International Travel Clinic.


  • Prepare universal format of progress notes to be used by all physicians seeing corporate clients.
  • Prepare and implement medical provisions necessary to international travel for clients.
  • Research medication needed for international travel by contacting various agencies and countries.
  • Prepare and implement individual medical protocol per corporate client needs.
  • Comply with all UPMC policies and procedures, including HIPAA, safety, etc.
  • View continuously and update corporate brochures and other communications.
  • Meet with and recruit new companies for the purpose of providing executive, pre-employment and annual physicals to company employees.
  • Interact with UPMC PSD & ISD departments to meet the needs of the Corporate Health Program and International Travel Clinic.
  • Recruit new clients for the travel clinic.
  • Prepare financial reports on both the Corporate Health Program and the International Travel Clinic.
  • Integrate the scheduling of Corporate and International clients into the primary care business of the UPMC Downtown practice.
  • Work with Physician Co-Directors of the Corporate Health & International Travels to promote and enhance the programs.



  • 5 years clinical experience required.
  • Articulate both verbally and in written mediums.
  • Work with minimal supervision.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

  • Act 34
