Across UPMC, our guiding principle is to always prioritize the safety of our employees, patients, and members. UPMC believes that vaccination is important, helps protect all, and advocates that everyone who can be vaccinated should be vaccinated.

UPMC complies with all governmental requirements related to local, state, and federal COVID-19 vaccination for employment. Description

UPMC is excited to be hiring Student Workers for Summer 2022! If you are a student in a Design field looking for hands-on learning this is the position for you!  

Purpose:

The Student Worker will assist the Corporate Facilities Support department. This position will provide the opportunity to rotate through projects with our Architecture, Interior Design, and Sign Design groups or specialize with one of these groups if so desired.  This is a paid temporary Summer position and will be scheduled approximately 40 hours a week. 

Responsibilities:

  • Represent UPMC internally and externally
  • Complete function-specific tasks and assignments

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Strongly Preferred
  • Current enrollment in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or related program preferred.
  • Experience with CADD, Revit, or Adobe Pagemaker a plus.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Act 34
