UPMC Vanadium Woods within Senior Communities is looking for a Full-time/Overnight Monday - Thursday Resident Coordinator / EVS Associate !!
In this role, you would provide and coordinate overnight operations coverage of the facility to ensure the safety and security of the resident, as well as perform the necessary cleaning of common areas, office space, and other areas as assigned.
- Location: 50 Vanadium Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017
- Status: Full-time
- Shift: Monday - Thursday, Overnight, 8pm-6am
- Pay: $15.22- $17.20 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Clean all assigned areas, including, public areas, including toilets, offices, and equipment, following established procedures
- Remove trash from all assigned areas
- Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in all locations of assigned areas to assure adequate supply.
- Move equipment, furniture, boxes, wash walls, spot carpets, etc. as assigned.
- Inspect and ensure that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair, report problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain assigned equipment in clean, working condition, reporting problems and suggestions to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations. Responsible for laundering and folding residents' linens and facility uniforms and rags on a daily basis.
- In coordination with and under the direction of the resident managers, and manage all aspects of the operation of the facility.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with the residents to ensure that their needs are served.
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repairs of the building, the building systems, the grounds including all service contracts for the building systems, landscaping, and snow removal in conjunction with the Building Maintenance Services Director of Operations and purchasing agent

Qualifications
- HS diploma/GED preferred
- Previous management experience is preferred
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Act 34
- OAPSA
