Description
UPMC Cole is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Telemedicine program. This position is full time, days, no holidays or weekends. Some local travel will be required.
Provide program strategies and facilitate patient care across all domains. Coordinate program logistics and oversee the coordination of Telemedicine programs, including integration across cross-functional teams including Legal, EHR, IT, Registration, Scheduling, Finance, Marketing, Compliance and others as deemed necessary in order to ensure successful implementation and ongoing execution of various Telemedicine services. Assist in overseeing the Telemedicine program's volumes, financial summaries, reimbursement and system-wide policies and procedures are maintained. Promote Telemedicine and Telehealth across both internal and external stakeholders. Support with Telehealth presentations in the community for various audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and monitors implementation of timelines and budget.
- Maintains system-wide Telemedicine finance summaries across all services (both contracted and billable). Provides monthly update reports to Telemedicine Director.
- Maintains system-wide Telemedicine volumes, graphs and reports. Provides updates on a regular basis and prepares monthly updates for Telemedicine Director.
- Responsible for maintaining on-time roll-out, completion and ongoing coordination across multiple Telemedicine programs
- Maintains ongoing Telehealth project(s) meeting series including- agendas, minutes and action-items/tasks spreadsheet to ensure that all cross-functional teams meet defined timelines and plans to ensure on-time go-live and project deployment.
- Monitors administration of Telemedicine program functions as needed
- Supervises student/volunteers workers and oversees their schedules and task coordination and completion
- Interfaces with Corporate marketing to ensure that Telehealth projects are appropriately marketed and that stakeholders are educated about new programs and services.
- Maintains Telemedicine website updates and Telemedicine brochure updates are incorporated as new services are added.
- Maintains database of all Telemedicine visit volumes and data metrics, Patient Satisfaction results and updates as needed to questionnaires. Maintains regular summary reports to share with leadership and across internal stakeholder groups.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree, Associates degree, or Diploma in Nursing required. Three years of experience of relevant experience. Strong organizational, prioritization and coordination skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
