UPMC complies with all governmental requirements related to local, state, and federal COVID-19 vaccination for employment. The Jan. 13 Supreme Court of the United States decision that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate will move forward requires UPMC to ensure employees either get vaccinated or receive a requested medical or religious exemption.

Responsible for implementing designated projects and coordinating activities related to the Computrition Enterprise Nutrition Information System within UPMC. Actively participates in project planning, program development, software implementation, site training, and ongoing support and troubleshooting


  • Maintain the integrity and functionality of the Computrition parent and child sites for the UPMC system.
  • Investigate Computrition errors and work cooperatively with Computrition Application Support to resolve.
  • Maintain up-to-date data accuracy of Nutrition Care Management, Foodservice Operations Management, and Suite Point! Point-of-Sale applications of Hospitality Suite
  • Conduct work flow analysis and data collection to build child site schemas for various UPMC sites
  • Provide project management and maintain project timeline as assigned
  • Actively participate in Hospitality Suite testing cooperatively with ISD
  • Orient and train associates in Hospitality functionality, to include development of site-specific training materials
  • Mentor and provide ongoing support to super users at various child sites. Act as ISD liaison to troubleshoot and problem solve issues identified in the daily operations



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred or five years leadership experience with a financial focus and proven financial and computer acumen.
  • Minimum 3 years food service and/or clinical nutrition experience required
  • Demonstrates strong computer and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates the ability to independently organize, prioritize, and time manage responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in oral and written communications.
  • Demonstrates the ability to modify communication style to meet the needs of the audience

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Clearances must be dated within 90 days

  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
