Are you looking for a way to start your recruitment career? Look no further! We are searching for a temporary Recruitment Researcher to join our UPMC Corporate Human Resources Team! 

This role is based at the US Steel Tower in Pittsburgh, PA and offers some remote work flexibility after training.  While in the temporary assignment, the schedule is working full-time, daylight hours, Monday through Friday.  The assignment is expected to last approximately 3-4 months. 

The Recruitment Researcher will help support the Corporate Talent Acquisition team with reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, sourcing external talent, and much more.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition responsibilities for the UPMC corporate services recruiting team.
  • Assist recruiters on the team with applicant screening, scheduling and additional candidate correspondence
  • Candidate generation through online sourcing via a variety of recruitment tools. Research professional associations, networking groups, websites, etc.
  • Assist with planning and participation in recruitment events
  • Point of contact for departmental queries.  Running regular reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in addition to ad hoc reporting.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Related education, club involvement, work or internship experience is preferred


Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • Act 34
