Full-time,Part-time and Casual positions are available.
$2,000 sign on bonus with a 2 year commitment!
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient care skill as directed by the RN/LPN in a safe manner according to policy and procedure
- Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate the patient needs
- Assist with food distribution and feeding residents
- Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, nail care, hair care, and dressing
- Assist in transferring residents
- Document in the medical record according to established procedure
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Completion of state approved Certified Nursing Assistant class and examination
- Knowledge of body mechanics and transfer techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Current PA Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required within 30 days
- Act 34 and Older Adult Protective Services Act clearance (when required) as needed
