In this role, the Executive Recruiter partners with operational, international, and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and assist with recruitment efforts. They are responsible for international recruitment, and they work on a variety of Talent Acquisition projects. Additionally, they create, develop and manage diverse proactive pipelines of recruitment talent through strategic sourcing and networking.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality of all information received within the guidelines of professional recruitment in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Represent UPMC at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, UPMC sponsored events, etc.), providing the public with information about UPMC and career opportunities.
- Comply, analyze and prepare reports on the computer and works on special projects as requested.
- Identify high need and difficult to fill positions. Function as an internal search firm recruiter by performing specific recruitment searches as necessary.
- Develop and initiate the most effective and innovative recruitment sources and initiatives for attracting and retaining the best-qualified candidates.
- Review and evaluate candidate applications and/or resume in terms of related experience, education and skill rejecting those not meeting the minimum qualifications on the approved job description.
- Strategize with operational, clinical and HR about sources and strategies to attract applicants for high need areas.
- Proactively build and create candidate pipelines; track individuals with these skill sets to network for future opportunities.
- Responsible for creating and negotiating complex offers.
- Understand and be able to address questions related to employee and candidate contracts including Non-Competes, Employment Agreements, Retention Bonuses, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required and at least one year of recruitment experience required.
- OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of recruitment experience required.
- Previous executive recruitment experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the health care field preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking or HRIS systems required.
- Experience designing and implementing models to find applicants for hard to fill positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
