UPMC is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team. This position will be a Hybrid role which will require you to be working a few days ON-SITE and also allow for working Remote (From Home)

The Sr. Contracts Administrator International is responsible for the preparation of Immigration Law documentation to support employment of nurses by various hospitals within UPMC. Review and analyze terms of employment and credentialling, gather required information and prepare legal documentation required for immigration sponsorship and employment of nurses. The Sr. Contracts Administrator International must be knowledgeable in field of employment-based immigration and, specifically, immigrant visa process for nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication and coordination with nurse candidates to collect credentialling and related immigration documents, and provide guidance on immigration process and requirements.
  • Maintain data related to candidates, qualifications, process, prevailing wages and other.
  • Act as liaison between UPMC legal counsel, UPMC International Relations, Talent Acquisition and others to answer questions, problem solved and strategize.
  • Drafts immigration documentation, prepare for legal counsel review and signature, and coordinate filing of documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Juris Doctorate required. Must have two years' experience with nurse immigration matters.
  • Working knowledge of employment-based immigration law.
  • Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to coordinate with others and communicate effectively with various management levels within the organization.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of PC based systems (excel, Databases, etc.).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced office and meet deadlines, as directed by management.
