The minimum rate of pay for a non-BSN Professional Staff Nurse is 28.90/hour.
There is a generous Sign On Bonus available. $10,000 for Graduate Nurses and $15,000 for RN's with 1+ years of experience. This is being offered in exchange for a 2 year work commitment.

These positions will work rotating shifts.
You will manage and provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates accountability for professional development that improves the quality of professional practice and the quality of patient care.
• Applies the nursing process within the framework of Relationship Based Care to create a healing environment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning principles (and/or teaching children if applicable) and applies in teaching of patients, families, students and new staff.
• Actively participates in department or unit-specific quality improvement efforts.
• Develops and maintains productive working relationships internally and externally by demonstrating accountability for actions, enthusiasm, motivation and commitment to patients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- BSN is strongly preferred. If no BSN, enrolled in a BSN program is strongly preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families is required
- Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handle multiple/changing priorities and specialized equipment is required
- Good clinical judgment with critical thinking, analytical and problem solving abilities as related to various aspects of patient care is required.
- Critical thinking skills necessary to exercise and to lead others in application of the nursing process is required
- Mobility and visual manual dexterity as well as physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting and positioning of patients is required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Act 33 Child Clearance with Renewal
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance with Renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance
- Basic Life Support or Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
- Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit
