We're hiring an Executive Recruiter for our UPMC Corporate Human Resources team. This is a regular, full-time position that works daylight hours, Monday through Friday. A perk of this position includes fully remote work arrangements from the Pittsburgh region!
In this role, the Executive Recruiter will perform comprehensive employment related consultation, recruitment, selection, and related responsibilities to the employment process. They'll be responsible for recruiting executive level and finance positions with the corporate team. Daily job responsibilities will include sourcing a diverse applicant pool, preparing complex offers that may include agreements, managing relationships with leaders and vendors, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct employment screening interviews for internal and external applicants, of all levels and types of positions, including management.
- Choose the most qualified candidates to refer to departments based upon documented objective criteria consistent with the legal requirements, job description, qualifications, and business unit policies in a timely manner.
- Facilitate job posting system.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information received within the guidelines of professional recruitment in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Represent UPMC at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, UPMC sponsored events, etc.), provide the public with information about UPMC and career opportunities.
- Recruit and identify a diverse applicant pool.
- Manage relationships of all retained search firm vendors and help to set goals and expectations.
- Understand and be able to address questions related to employee and candidate contracts including Non-Competes, Employment Agreements, Retention bonuses, etc.
- Responsible for creating and negotiating complex offers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and at least one year of recruitment experience required.
- OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of recruitment experience required.
- Previous executive recruitment experience preferred.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Act 34
