Description
The Wilckens laboratory in the Center for Sleep and Circadian Science is focused on understanding the role of sleep-in cognitive health. The current study will examine whether a behavioral sleep intervention improves sleep in older adults with sleep difficulties, and whether these sleep improvements lead to improvements in cognition and pathophysiological markers of Alzheimer’s disease.
