COVID-19 Vaccination Information

Across UPMC, our guiding principle is to always prioritize the safety of our employees, patients, and members. UPMC believes that vaccination is important, helps protect all, and advocates that everyone who can be vaccinated should be vaccinated.

UPMC complies with all governmental requirements related to local, state, and federal COVID-19 vaccination for employment. The Jan. 13 Supreme Court of the United States decision that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate will move forward requires UPMC to ensure employees either get vaccinated or receive a requested medical or religious exemption.

UPMC is now hiring for Warehousers at our Consolidated Service Center. Come meet us for an interview event on Thursday, June 2 from 9am-4pm. The Warehouser will play a vital role in the Supply Chain operation by picking and packing medical products that are used in our various hospitals across the Pittsburgh region. Warehousers use voice pick technology to locate items and then palletize all materials for delivery. The next steps in the CSC career ladder include distribution, delivery, and operating heavy warehouse equipment.


  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding the current productivity, quality, and safety metrics and contributes to achieving overall warehouse goals in Cost, Quality, and Productivity as set forth by current standards.
  • This position provides a full 90-day new hire training program and does require the applicant to be on his/her feet for the majority of the assigned shift.
  • Adherence to the current time/attendance guidelines is required to become a functioning member of the team


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
