UPMC complies with all governmental requirements related to local, state, and federal COVID-19 vaccination for employment. The Jan. 13 Supreme Court of the United States decision that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate will move forward requires UPMC to ensure employees either get vaccinated or receive a requested medical or religious exemption.

We're hiring a Temporary Recruitment Researcher for our UPMC Corporate Human Resources team.  The temporary assignment is estimated to last six months.  While in the assignment, the schedule will be working full-time daylight hours, Monday through Friday.  A perk of the position includes some flexible work arrangements!

The Recruitment Researcher will provide overall recruitment support to members of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team. They will be responsible for assisting in various stages of the recruitment process including sourcing of candidates, interview scheduling, applicant review, reporting and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying candidate calls and phone screens.
  • Data entry for proactive candidate pipeline database.
  • Running regular reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in addition to ad hoc reporting.
  • Document creation for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Research professional associations, networking groups, websites, etc.
  • Candidate generation through online sourcing.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition events.
  • Employee referral management.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Three years progressively responsible administrative experience or a Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
