Description
Manage the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with sales, marketing and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met and we are delivering winning products.
This is a primary remote position. Travel to the office will at times be required based on business needs.
Responsibiliites:
- Use our persona set, ideate and create contextual scenario design that will be used to drive business requirement scenarios.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects in support of target audience and message development.
- Understand current product and service offerings and develop appropriate strategic changes to better manage the product for profitable growth.
- Be able to clearly articulate the value proposition and brand promise of the segment in order to define and guide the development of all marketing materials.
- Strategically assist in the design and delivery of a holistic consistent customer experience.
- Work within product strategy and roadmap for the segments.
- Capture all requirements and incorporate into a seamless customer experience. Align to market segment needs.

- Effectively communicate concepts, design rationale and findings to the organization.
- Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions
Qualifications
- B.S. degree required.3 years of experience in insurance or medical environment, or relevant product management experience
- Regulatory and product filing or equivalent experience
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, Excel and Access as well as Internet Explorer.
- Ability to work with various levels of staff throughout the corporation.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and direct projects as needed.
