UPMC North Central PA invites local high schools and career and technical education (CTE) programs to explore the many departments that make a hospital run. Department leaders will showcase interactive displays and activities, giving students a hands-on experience.
We provide lunch for all attending students at the event location. Each student receives a “passport” to collect stamps at every station they visit. Completed passports are entered into a drawing for a gift card prize.
In addition, we welcome representatives from higher education institutions so students can learn about enrollment opportunities and the next steps toward building a successful healthcare career.
