The Markeing Representative will support the region north of Pittsburgh and will be based out of our Cranberry clinic.
The marketing representative develops and maintains referral sources through new and established contacts and is accountable for the assigned geographic territories designated by the Director of Marketing & Business Development. The marketing representative is responsible for maintaining effective communication with all healthcare team members, physicians, office managers, patients/family members and corporate management team. The marketing representative is responsible for driving and promoting CRS as of the provider of choice for the traditional and specialty rehabilitation services offered by our professional rehab team.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to and institutes marketing plans for referral/volume growth in assigned territories. Submits territory marketing plan that includes referral developmental goals every quarter.
- Develops and maintains referral sources through new and established contacts within the territory.
- Develops and maintains effective communications and working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiates daily face to face contacts with referral sources. Develops and maintains internal & external customer account profiles using a CRM database, including regular updates to notes, history, outlook calendar, synchronizing the data base at least once weekly when applicable.
- Promotes CRS as the provider of choice for all rehab disciplines (physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy) across all functional impairment conditions (orthopedic, neurological, women?s health, etc) through continuous exposure in the communities served.
- Increases visibility of CRS through participation in social/community events including: Health fairs, school districts, senior centers, community centers, chambers of commerce, professional groups and distribution of CRS marketing material with a strategic focus on public relations.
- Uses valid business reason (VBR) approach when interacting with current or prospective referral sources.
- Adheres to the dress code policy of the employee handbook so as to present professionally when representing CRS.
- Participates in community education and/or continuing education programs sponsored by the organization as requested.
- Attends and actively participates in staff meetings, departmental committees and in-service education programs.
- *Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or health care industry, and three years of professional work experience in related field or
- Five years of professional work experience in marketing, product development, and/or sales experience with at least 1 year of health care experience.
- Position requires travel up to 80% of the time.
- Must possess knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service.
- Must possess knowledge of marketing/clinical organizations relative to establish, maintain and grow referral sources.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Act 33, 34 and 73 clearances required. Valid Driver's License required. Maintain valid automobile insurance required.
