Protect your income in the event of injury or illness with no-cost basic disability insurance, available to full-time, flex full-time, and job-share staff.

Access confidential services through our employee assistance program to help you balance work, life, and wellness through counseling sessions, legal consultations, caregiving resources, and more – available at no cost to you or members of your household.

Invest in a financially secure future through UPMC’s retirement program, comprised of the UPMC Cash Balance Plan and UPMC Savings Plan.
