This role involves working rotating shifts, including every other weekend and holiday, ensuring our patients receive the best care around the clock.

- CRT (C10): $24.94 – $37.39
- RRT (C13): $29.68 – $46.38
- Sr. RRT (C14): $31.47 – $48.76
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide respiratory therapy services and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies.
- Equipment Management: Set up and operate devices such as mechanical ventilators and therapeutic gas administration apparatus.
- Clinical Assessment: Evaluate medical orders, interpret clinical data, and monitor patient responses to optimize treatment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Education and Supervision: Demonstrate respiratory care procedures to trainees and supervise students during their training.
Qualifications
- Education: Relevant certifications and degrees in respiratory therapy.
- Experience: All levels of experience are welcome, from new graduates to seasoned professionals.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications:
Education and Certification:
- Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Program: Completion of a program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) is required.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License: Must hold a valid RCP license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Certification in either BLS or CPR is required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT): Must be certified as an RRT by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Note: Respiratory therapists who obtained their RRT credential from the NBRC after July 1, 2002, must maintain their certification according to NBRC requirements.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- CPR Certification: Must meet American Heart Association (AHA) standards, including both a didactic and skills demonstration component, within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Certification in either BLS or CPR is required.
- Osteopathic Respiratory Care or Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP): Must be licensed as a RCP.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT): Certification as an RRT is required.
