What You’ll Do

Lead Improvement from Vision to Results

You’ll plan, design, and lead consulting projects that improve how work gets done. You’ll define the value, scope, goals, and roadmap for initiatives—and then lead teams to deliver.

• Partner with business and clinical leaders to design and implement performance and process improvement initiatives
• Apply creative problem‑solving to identify solutions, develop innovative frameworks, and unlock business value
• Assess impacts to people, processes, and organizational structures and guide teams through change
• Build compelling business cases using data, performance metrics, and cost/benefit analysis

 Think Strategically—and Act Practically

You’ll connect organizational strategy to execution by anticipating needs, risks, and opportunities.

• Assess business, clinical, operational, and technical needs with internal and external stakeholders
• Define people, process, and technology implications of strategic initiatives
