UPMC is excited to welcome an Sr. Professional Staff Nurse (RN), Outpatient to our Woodward Associates Ob/Gyn team/office in Hummelstown!

This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday, daylight schedule from 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm—No Weekends or Holidays required!

25% Travel between offices may be required to assist additional offices (other offices located in Hershey and Lemoyne).

About the Role: The Senior Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse and an integral member of the care delivery team, responsible for setting standards for the level and quality of nursing care. In this role, the Senior Professional Staff Nurse maintains responsibility, authority, and accountability for the delivery of patient-centered care. The nurse manages and coordinates care for a designated group of patients and their families, applying independent clinical judgment, effective communication, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. This role involves building and sustaining collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes across the continuum of care. The Senior Professional Staff Nurse also demonstrates a strong commitment to the nursing profession, professional practice, and the community served.
