Sr. Professional Staff Nurse, OP – ENT

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with three days one week and two days the following week, with potential weekend shifts available. • Provides patient education using adult learning principles, ensuring patients and families understand care plans both in the office and via remote communication, while also supporting the growth of students and new staff.
• Contributes to quality improvement efforts, identifies opportunities for improvement, and uses research and evidence-based practices to enhance clinical care and patient satisfaction.
