What We Offer:
Flexible Shifts: Choose from 3 to 12-hour shifts per week, available between 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM. Each scheduling period includes 6 night shifts and 6 weekend shifts, with an additional $2.00 per hour for off-shift work.
Generous Sign-On Bonuses: Eligible candidates can receive sign-on bonuses of $15,000 for new graduates and $20,000 for nurses with 1+ years of experience, with a two-year commitment.
Monthly Loan Repayment: Nurses who graduated between 2022-2025 may qualify for up to $20,000 in loan repayment, distributed over three years.
Paid Time Off: Enjoy up to five and a half weeks of PTO annually, plus seven paid holidays.

Qualifications:
- Open to all experience levels!
- Title and salary will be based on education and nursing experience. As of 2025, the minimum salary for Graduate Nurses (GNs) is $33.75/hour, and $35.50/hour for BSN GNs. BSN or ASN graduates receive credit for up to 4 years for any patient care or LPN experience they have outside of the clinical.
- BSN preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families.
- Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handling multiple and changing priorities and specialized equipment.
- Strong clinical judgment with critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities related to various aspects of patient care.
- Critical thinking skills necessary to exercise and lead others in the application of the nursing process.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Temporary Practice Permit (TPP). Graduate Nurses must complete the licensure examination within 4 months of hire or one year of graduation, whichever comes first. UPMC requires that GNs take the licensure examination within 4 months of their start date, or they may be terminated or demoted from the GN position, at the discretion of the BU.
- UPMC-approved national certification is preferred.
- NIH Certification required within 6 months of hire.
- CPR certification based on AHA standards, including both a didactic and skills demonstration component, within 30 days of hire.
- Act 33, 34, and 73 clearances with renewal.
