This position offers daylight shifts, Monday to Friday (4:30 AM – 6:30 PM variable), providing a balanced schedule and the chance to work in our state-of-the-art facility with on-site parking. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including ADLs (bathing, feeding, toileting, ambulating, turning/repositioning), vital signs, point-of-care testing (e.g., blood glucose), I&O, and telemetry monitor application.
• Perform IV and Foley catheter insertion/removal, phlebotomy, simple dressings, bladder scans, specimen collections, and restraint application/removal.
• Assist with physical, respiratory, and cardiopulmonary therapies, and provide feedback to the RN on patient care and status changes.
• Respond to call lights, transport patients, and support patients and families pre/post-surgery.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and demonstrate accountability, motivation, and respect in all interactions.
• Adhere to safety protocols, complete medical record documentation, and support department projects and quality initiatives.
