What You’ll Do

Evaluate, Treat & Inspire Progress

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, and treatments.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on physician referrals, patient goals, and clinical findings.
• Modify treatment plans as patients progress and their needs change.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and overall function.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care.

Collaborate with the Care Team

• Communicate patient progress, recommendations, and treatment outcomes with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide education and home exercise programs to patients and families to support continued success beyond therapy sessions.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Maintain Clinical Excellence

• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and treatment records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, organizational, and department standards.
• Complete charge capture and required statistical reporting accurately.

Grow Your Career

• May serve as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students, residents, and fellows.
