Make a Difference from the Moment Patients Arrive

Join our Parking & Valet team and help create a welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and families. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you’ll safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with wayfinding, support parking operations across campus, and play an important role in providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule

• Rotating shifts: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., and 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Combination of 1st and 2nd shift hours
• Rotating weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and guests with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude.
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and securely manage vehicle keys.
• Assist with traffic flow and parking operations in designated valet areas.
• Operate departmental communication equipment and respond promptly to service requests.
• Provide wayfinding assistance and help guests navigate the hospital campus.
• Assist with parking equipment monitoring and basic upkeep, such as replenishing tickets and receipt paper.
• Support employee transportation services, including operation of a non-CDL employee shuttle when needed.
• Report vehicle damage, incidents, or operational concerns to leadership immediately.
• Perform additional duties that support parking operations and customer service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license required; a clean driving record within the past five years is preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
